✍️ What I Learned from EcoEats

Working on the EcoEats project helped me understand the importance of sustainable food choices. I learned that healthy soil is the foundation of nutritious food and that organic farming plays a key role in protecting the environment.

Through my experience with the Anna Sudha community kitchen and participation in the Loudoun Youth Competition, I saw how communities can come together to promote fresh, healthy cooking.

One challenge I faced was understanding how everyday food choices impact water usage and carbon footprint. This project helped me connect technology with real-world problems.

In the future, I hope to continue building tools that help people make better decisions for their health and the environment.
